Use good judgment. Verify the road.
Last updated: May 11, 2026
These terms apply to the My Van AI Android beta and website. By using the beta, you agree to use it responsibly and verify every stop, route, and recommendation before relying on it.
Beta software
My Van AI is in beta. Features may change, break, be incomplete, or return imperfect results. Do not rely on the app as your only source for safety, navigation, weather, road closures, vehicle clearance, legal parking, or emergency information.
Leads, not guarantees
Safe Stay, Safe Overnight, quick-action, food, route, and map results are suggestions or leads. They are not guarantees that a location is open, safe, legal, available, quiet, accessible, suitable for your vehicle, or allowed overnight.
Your responsibility
- Check signs, hours, rules, permits, closures, access, weather, and current road conditions.
- Do not trespass, evade enforcement, block traffic, damage land, or ignore posted rules.
- Use only proper public/customer trash bins, public water fills, and real dump stations. Ask staff when unsure.
- Drive within your vehicle limits and turn around when road conditions are questionable.
- Keep a backup plan for overnight stops and remote routes.
AI and map limitations
AI answers, map data, business listings, user notes, and public data sources can be outdated or wrong. Navigation handoff to Google Maps, Waze, or another app is controlled by that provider after you leave My Van AI.
Emergency and professional advice
My Van AI is not an emergency service and does not provide legal, medical, mechanical, or professional safety advice. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Acceptable use
Do not use My Van AI to harm others, access private property without permission, overload the service, scrape or resell results, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass local laws and posted rules.
